You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Description of Services

milligram is a practice-oriented online platform offering workshops with step-by-step assignments, interactive exercises, and collaborative tools focused on family law essentials. The Platform is designed to support skill development through guided learning experiences delivered entirely online, making quality education accessible regardless of geographic location.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

5. Enrollment and Payments

5.1 Workshop Enrollment

By enrolling in a workshop or course, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Enrollment may be subject to availability and specific eligibility requirements as stated in the workshop description.

5.2 Pricing

All fees are listed on the Platform in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments already completed and paid for.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your provided payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our Refund Policy. To request a refund, please contact us at help@milligram.shop. We are not obligated to provide refunds for workshops that have been substantially accessed or completed.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, assignments, exercises, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to milligram and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without our prior written permission.

6.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant milligram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights, and does not violate any applicable laws.
